Louie’s career has focused on identifying the business needs and tailoring technology solutions to meet consumer and management expectations.

Working in the Utility, Telecom, Cable, Airline & Travel Industry, Louie was responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy and tactics to achieve customer service while meeting financial targets.  This achievement was illustrated in a recent assignment where while maintaining Service Level targets, cost per call improved by 20% and the centre increased first call resolution from 40% to over 80%.

While at a national communication organization, Louie delivered a number of projects on time and on budget involving technology along with the launch of new products and services.  These projects ranged in size (up to $6M) and complexity.  The scope of these projects varied from the start-up and relocating of new centre’s of (220+ seats) to developing transition plans of call volume and staffing requirements
